Ripples visit Keuco’s factories and showroom in Germany

Several of the franchisees across Ripples came together last month to visit the factories and showroom of one of our long-standing suppliers Keuco. As a franchise, we have always been proud of the depths we go to educate ourselves on the products we choose to sell and there is no better way than visiting the factory to see how and where they are made. The recent trip to Keuco's factory provided the perfect opportunity to do just that.

Over the three days, we were shown around two of Keucos' factories. The first stop was the mirror cabinet factory where we could witness the laser-like precision of the specialist machines that cut, drilled and prepared the aluminium for the best mirror cabinet the world can offer. Throughout it was demonstrated at each workstation point the pride undertaken by each worker to ensure that products never left their zone anything less than perfect.

The main factory helped us see everything, from raw materials arriving at goods to the highly automated goods out system that seemed to happily operate without a human being in sight. Keuco were keen to ensure we understood how good their polishing and plating process was and how it was held up as the best in the industry.

Lastly, we then spent one afternoon studying their new collections within their impressive showroom and becoming inspired by what they have to offer.
